Prices are in NZD (New Zealand Dollars). Any purchases will be charged in NZD.

All prices stated are exclusive of GST. This will be calculated and shown to you before purchase.

Currently we are dispatching within 1-3 working days from the date of payment.

Back orders

For back orders, current expected availability is 5 working days.

Shipping

Shipping to any where in the North Island is $50 plus GST, and for the South Island, $80 plus GST.

Returns

We do not offer refunds if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Therefore ask you to be diligent before purchasing.

In the event of any substantial damage as determined by Tika Interiors Limited we will replace your order free of delivery.

We request photo evidence is provided before returning to Tika Interiors Limited for replacement.

Return delivery to Tika Interiors Limited will be covered by the purchaser, unless it has been damaged by our Freighter.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3/280 Matakokiri Drive, Tauriko, 3171, Tauranga.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will notify you of expected delivery for a replacement.
